Default Turkish style playlist

As I'm trying to get a better grasp on Turkish style I'm putting together a video log on my shiny new youtube account. Has anyone got any videos that they would recomend I add? Thank you in advance

Default Turkish, etc.

Dear Nicknack,
Try Sema Yildez and Burghul Beray. They are two of the best known Turish belly dancers and will probably have footage on You-tube. They are both turkish natives, which is the best way to really see what the style is all about.
Not to say that there are not people who are not good Turkish dancers besides natives, ( Jennet is one of my favorite Turkish dancers and she is American!!) but they are your best bet in starting out to explore the style.
Regards,
A'isha

Thanks A'isha I've been looking for some nice Burgul vids but it takes a lot of guessing and browsing because there are so many different ways that people spell her name.

Here is the latest clip of Birgül:

Some older clips (short but interesting) can be found with e.g. keywords Birgul +dance (correct spelling of her name is Birgül Beray

Here is also an interesting clipf of Sema Yildiz, where she plays spoons, saz and dances... unfortunately clip is very dark:

Couple of more clips can again be found with her name and there has been some clips also at her website: SEMA YILDIZ BELLYDANCE TEACHER

PS: I try to dig some good examples of other dancers when I have better access to YouTube as now my connection is far too slow

Here are some more of my favourite clips of some Turkish dancers:
Tanyeli

Asena (dancewise not my favorite but this music is her trademark and I like it)

Didem (& Ibo´s Kara Uzum Habbesi)

Nesrin Topkapi

Reyhan (winner of 1st Oryantal Star)

Nuran Sultan (I really cannot decide whether I hate or love her)

and couple more clips...

Hale Sultan

Oya Man (she really is Russian, but she has danced in Turkey for a long time)

Orgun (male dancer from Kervansaray, Marmaris)

Elçin (not yet very good dancer, but she is rising star so her name is worth knowing)

I just found out about Tanyeli through Elektra's (from this forum) videoblog and was going to post a youTube clip in another thread, but decided to search the forum first to see if it was already here, and it was, so now I'm just going to bring this thread up to the top again

I like her a lot. I think she has a great attitude, no arrogance but still confident, flirty and sexy without being sleazy and her dancing looks very natural. Her moves are not as big as some other dancers.

(Oh I'll put the clip in anyway)

Even Zümre should not be judged only by her bad DVD as she can be a decent dancer (not great but not awful either)when she dances to live audience like here:
