I want to learn how to dance.

I want to learn how to dance. I am the worst dancer you can imagine, but I like to do it anyway. I have fun and it would be more fun if I were any good. Where can I find a place to learn how to dance? I will grateful for your information.

Hi Sandy,

Welcome to the forum! What kind of dance would you like to learn? I hope it belly dance since you came to this forum. Pls don't make conclusions without knowing the dance. Find a teacher in your area and book yourself to do classes. If you are too consicous about yourself, buy a dvd and try and understand dance basics in your own private space. This is ONLY for you to get started and make you prepared for the real live classes. This also makes you feel comfortable. Once you find a good teacher and got all your basics and then you can add learning (on top of your live classes)from DVD's, books and internet to further enhance and add to your knowlegde.
